A | Sit with your back supported by the chair’s lumbar support, and maintain a 90-degree angle at your hips and knees while sitting. Ensure your feet are flat on the floor.

B | Position your monitor an arm’s length away and about an inch below eye level. Adjust the height as needed when switching between sitting and standing.

C | Adjust your height adjustable desk so when in a standing position, you maintain the same metrics, with your arms at 90 degrees, your monitor an arm’s length away with height set about an inch below eye level.

If your work surface is too high when seated, use a footrest or an adjustable keyboard tray (available through Teknion) to maintain proper posture.
